Payment is required at online checkout via card.

Description of Items

We take as much care as possible to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of books are listed correctly.  

Shipping

All orders are handled by Australia Post and their Australian and international partners.  We request that customers are careful to provide an accurate and safe delivery address.

Discount and Promo Codes

From time to time, we offer discount or promo codes that can be redeemed online. To use these, simply enter the code at checkout and relevant items will automatically be discounted in accordance with the terms of the offer.

Replacements and Returns

We do not accept returns.

In the case of goods damaged during the course of delivery, or an order is wrong due to our error, a replacement will be provided.

Before contacting us regarding a replacement, please understand the following conditions:

• you must contact us at info@bighill.au with photographic proof attached;
• if the item is faulty or damaged, we require notification within 2 business days of the recorded delivery date;
• if the item is not what you ordered, we require notification within 5 business days of the recorded delivery date.
